About Us

Full-Time Mesa, Arizona Home Watch Services for Part-Time Residents

Steve & Denise Eslick

We are Steve and Denise Eslick, Honest, Hardworking, Reliable (HHR) full-time residents and natives of the Phoenix metropolitan area and owners of HHR Home Watch Services, LLC. We married in 1978 and have two children and four grandchildren.

Steve started his career in residential wiring and then moved to commercial electrical contracting. In nearly 40 years he has worked as a general foreman for Cannon & Wendt Electric and special projects/project manager for Sturgeon Electric, two of the biggest electrical contractors in Arizona.

Denise spent 25 years with Mesa Public Schools, the largest school district in Arizona. Working in a support role, her positions included tracking district assets, designing and project managing office space during remodels and as an executive secretary to an assistant superintendent working directly with all departments supporting the school facilities.

After moving into an active-adult community, we saw a need for absentee homeowner services for unoccupied homes during the hot summer months. Out of that observation we decided that would be a great opportunity for us to service our fellow residents.

Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association

As Home Watch professionals, we are members of the National Home Watch Association.  Not all Home Watch service companies qualify to be accredited members of the NHWA.  The NHWA conducted a stringent review of HHR Home Watch Services including background and references, bonding and insurance to protect our clients and awarded us their accreditation.  We have agreed to abide by the NHWA Code of Ethics and standards.

Additional benefits of being a member of the National Home Watch Association is our connection with other home watch professionals across the US and Canada.  They provide us with a great support system and “best practices” in the Home Watch industry.

Our goal is to provide a worry-free experience for a homeowner while they are away for an extended period of time.
